The scripture says that we should give honour where honour is due. The purpose of the Distinguished Service award is to honour ACOP Members and Employees who have provided distinguished service to the Apostolic Church of Pentecost of Canada.

On June 28, 2026, two deserving recipients received their citations and pins!

In the photo on the left, President Wes Mills presented the award to former ACOP Moderator Rev. Gil Killam.

And in the photo on the right, Regional Director Verner Drost had the honour of presenting the award to Rev. George Clark at Springfield Church, NB, for his many years of service to our ACOP fellowship and our Atlantic Region.

We are so thankful for all our Distinguished Service Recipients because they have laboured tirelessly for the Lord; they've been our friends, proven faithful, and served the work of the Gospel through ACOP. Bless you all!

Below, we've got a couple of things that YOU can keep in mind and add to your calendar! ACOP Cohorts will begin soon, watch for a special email soon. These special interest groups are for anyone—we're excited to connect.

Speak, Lord, in the stillness speak your word to me; hushed my heart to listen in expectancy. Speak, O gracious Master, in this quiet hour; let me see your face, Lord, feel your touch of power...

Speak, your servant listens, be not silent, Lord; let me know your presence; let your voice be heard.*

Dear ACOP Family,

I am so grateful for your prayers for my family and me through the loss of Dominic. I have felt held, and though my heart is tender, I know prayer works. The greatest way we serve the calling on our lives is to find ourselves in front of Him through prayer. Emily (above) knows what's up!

Would you join me in praying together?

Let's meet on July 24th @ 10 AM MT.
