On March 31st we begin a new round of Living Like a Missionary cohorts, and we’d love for you to be part of it. These 90-minute sessions—offered at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Mountain Time—are designed to equip you to live as an everyday disciple maker right where God has placed you.

In a world hungry for hope, clarity, and authentic faith, we desperately need believers who understand how to join Jesus in His mission in practical, relational ways. This training is foundational for all ministry and Kingdom leadership, giving you the tools, confidence, and posture to make a real difference in the lives of those around you. And you won’t walk alone—you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people who share your heart for mission.

Living Like a Missionary is a key part of NewChurch—the ACOP church-planting initiative—and these cohorts are one of the primary ways we prepare leaders to multiply the Gospel in their communities. Register today and take the next step in becoming the disciple maker God designed you to be.

We join Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane on the darkest, most difficult night of His life. The location is significant. ‘Gethsemane’ literally means ‘The Oil Press’. Jesus is entering a place of actual, physical crushing. He is experiencing intense pressure – spiritually, emotionally and physically. In fact, He says that His ‘soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death.’

Listen to the rest here: Journey to the Cross: Walk With Jesus this Lent

"Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, “Sit here while I go over there and pray.” He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled. Then he said to them, “My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me.”" -Matthew 26:36-38 NIV
