A woman who came to the LORD a few years ago is the only believer in her family. One of her sons would mock her cruelly. This year, he had a conversion experience! He was baptized this summer and gave a powerful testimony of Jesus' work in his life in front of his brother and father (who are still not believers). Who believes that it won't be long for the other two?!

Leadership, when done properly, builds upon itself. When a leader steps away from their position and allows someone new to take up the mantle, there is groundwork laid for the newcomer to succeed and take things to new heights. 

It can be scary for everyone involved, but it can also be exciting. There is nothing sweeter than watching God's plan come to fruition in real time, and when we surrender ourselves as living vessels for the Father, everything comes to perfect alignment.

What a joy to walk in tandem with the Holy Spirit!
