A husband and father was so excited to be baptized after his conversion—we can't help but be encouraged with joy and gratitude! He reached out to our church body, asking for prayer about an occupation change. He got his answer miraculously! He regularly talks about how much the church has blessed him, but in fact, he's been the biggest blessing to us.

Whether you embrace it with open arms or shy away from it, change is rarely something we can harness and control, and it often comes when we least expect it. Many of us have had the rug pulled from beneath our feet right when we thought things were steady.

Regardless of our situation, there is one thing that will never change, and that is God's love and protection over our lives. When we are anxious, He will calm our fears. When we are desperately clinging to something we need to let go of, He will take our hands and direct us to something better. 

Trusting the Father's design for our lives brings peace in place of fear, and His unfailing steadiness will always be a safe haven.
