A couple (whose marriage was on life-support) came to our marriage class in 2023. Around Christmas 2023, their marriage fell apart, and she told me, "I'd like to believe, but I don't think I have the gene for it."

Fast forward: she gave her life to Jesus around Christmas 2024! She joined Alpha and then our Freedom course. She got involved in a small group, has been baptized, and filled with the Holy Spirit. Though she's had multiple difficult situations in the past year, our last conversation had her say: "My depression disappeared when I gave my life to Jesus. I truly only have some sadness now and again. Mostly, I feel joy and gratitude."

The Church Vitalization Summit is for denominational leaders, pastors, board members, and coaches who are looking to revitalize the churches in their region.

Hear the stories of districts and denominations that are actively going from declining to growth. Walk away with strategies on how to engage the church in your care towards revitalization.

We all hold capabilities for leadership, but it can look different for each of us. It's easy to look at others and their giftings and feel inadequate in our own skills, but our calling may simply look different from those around us. The body of Christ is varied, with multiple moving parts, and each part is essential for working in harmony.

God has placed each of us in our roles for a reason, a purpose. Some, He calls to teach, some to share the gospel, and some to pray. The list goes on. He knows where everyone will fit, and will make a way for us to step into our calling.

Whatever type of ministry you are involved in, we hope you are encouraged and strengthened today. God is with you!

"And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds, the teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ." -Ephesians 4:11-12 ESV
