I long ago recognized that women are often overlooked by men when it comes to ministry. Blindly overlooked, and sometimes intentionally. As your Regional Director I do not want to be guilty of that.
Last week our ACOP of Canada weekly email included a link for women to fill out a survey on their perspective on their participation in the evangelical church. I wanted to encourage you to pass this on to women in your church. The better male leaders like myself understand the perspective and experience of women, the better informed and therefore intentionally may make necessary corrections.
