God is our protector!

More than that, He's someone who takes delight in us. It can be a lot to wrap our minds around—the idea that firstly, God loves us unconditionally, and secondly, that He takes great pleasure in having relationship with us.

There's something immensely comforting about knowing that whatever hardships come our way, we have a Father who is constant in His love! 

The story of the prodigal son serves as a reminder—we can always run back to our Heavenly Father, whatever the circumstances, and be met with love.

"The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing." Zephaniah 3:17 NIV
