Almost a full month into the new year, things are starting to shift. The days have been slowly getting longer, with some warmth creeping back into the air. Of course, we are still far away from bright summer days, but these little changes give us the chance to get excited for what's to come.

It's the same with life. Whether you're looking forward to something, believing for a miracle, or searching for a way to shake things up, there are always moments of preparation that invigorate us in the waiting. 

As we find our footing in 2025, our hope for you is that you find a renewed sense of peace where you are planted, and joy in what lies ahead. God has done great things, and He will continue to do great things!

Dan Scott has a Masters in Humanities from California State, a Masters in Psychology from Ottawa University, and a Doctorate of Ministry from Lipscomb University. He is the author of several books and has pastored two Evangelical megachurches, including Christ Church Nashville.

An update from Toronto Harvest Missionary Church's missionary project in Sri Lanka:

Praise the Lord Brothers and Sisters! 

We’ve officially begun the 5th batch of students at Blessing Hands Mission! With 30 eager learners from diverse backgrounds, they are united by a common purpose—to spread the gospel to young people in need of light. It was an honor to teach them the first lesson of our syllabus: ‘The Authority of the Word of God.’ We’re off to a powerful start, and I’m excited for the journey ahead!

Pastor Timothée and Beatrice are requesting prayer for the M23 uprising in the DR Congo. Many people have been displaced and basic services have been compromised.

Many believers and church family have escaped to refugee camps, and the death toll is rising. We pray for an end to this conflict, and for God's protection. Pray that Pastor Timothée and Beatrice move in wisdom as they serve and love all those around them.

From February 28 - March 1, Gather25 is inviting believers across the world to pray, repent, worship, and discover how the love of Jesus is transforming the world through everyday people.
