This Week in ACOP | January 10, 2024

Our theme this year is PRAYER, which is so timely considering everything going on in our world today. We are called to pray, to intercede for others, to commune with our Father.

Among many other things, prayer brings us closer to God and grants us a deeper look at His purpose for us. Prayer can also be a significant comfort in times of trouble, as it reminds us that He is with us.

Our prayer for you this year is that you would gain a new understanding of what it means to pray, and that your prayer life would explode with new fruit and breakthrough. God is with you, and He hears you when you cry out to Him!

"Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer."—Romans 12:12 ESV

Prayer for Ecuador

We would really appreciate prayer at this time for Ecuador. The president, Daniel Noboa, has issued a state of emergency and war. There has been an uprising by drug gangs throughout the country. Riots, burning cars, bombs, and chaos in cities and towns across the country.

Authorities have closed all of the schools and shops, as armed men are travelling from town to town.

Please pray for protection, and that peace and the rule of law can be restored throughout Ecuador. Please keep Norvil & Letty in your prayers, they have faithfully sown good seeds throughout that land, and they need our prayers for safety and wisdom. Thank you for praying right now!
