Christmas is less than a week away! Those of you who are still making last minute preparations, we bless the work of your hands, and we wish you all a wonderful time of fellowship and celebration.

We want to give a special shout-out to our pastors and ministry leaders this week - it's a busy time of year, and we pray a special blessing over them as they lead their congregations this week. We are so grateful for you and all you do!

May you all experience the joy that comes with celebrating the birth of our Saviour! What a beautiful gift of life we have been given.

"Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls."—1 Peter 1:8-9

Calgary Memorial for Kenn Parker

A Calgary memorial service honouring the ministry legacy of Rev. Kenn Parker is planned for January 12, 2024, at 1:30 pm, at Southview Church (20200 Walden Blvd SE, Calgary AB). Kenn served and lived out God's call on his life over 47 years of ministry—impacting lives—many of us have personal stories.

In his memory, please send your memorial gift to the International Network Of Apostolic Ministry (INOAM). This is a Canadian Charity that receives funds from individuals and other Canadian charities. INOAM will fund the ministry of Linda Parker in the days ahead. Memorial Gifts may be mailed to INOAM (43 David Avenue, Dryden ON P8N 2J6). E-transfers may be directed to (kparker4@shaw.ca). Charitable receipts will be issued for all gifts to INOAM.

Those wishing to give personal gifts to Linda may mail them directly to Linda Parker (RR # 4, Site 104, Box 49, Dryden, ON, P8N 0A2). No receipts can be issued for personal gifts.

Kenn's loving family is planning a Celebration of Life later in 2024, read his obituary here.

Chris Stevens

Pastor Chris Stevens of Neighbours Church is now recovering at home—thanks to the Lord!

After cardiac tests, results are pointing to a genetic condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Basically the wall of one part of your heart thickens and isn’t filling up with as much blood as it should, to then pump out to your body. Chris will be referred to a cardiac specialist for further treatment, but is at home, with proper medication.

Chris says, "We appreciate your prayers for our family through this and as we sort out next steps. So thankful for His presence, your love, and my family."
