Sometimes, obedience seems like such a difficult thing to accomplish, particularly in the context of our Christian walk. Life gets in the way and things start to fall by the wayside. But we can take heart in knowing our Father is full of grace and accepts our repentance easily and gladly. There is always a second chance! In our obedience to God, we show our love to him, and what a beautiful thing that is!

"Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them."—John 14:21 NIV
