Are you considering a leadership role that requires you to be bi-vocational? Are you wondering how it could practically work? Are you tired and looking for renewal in a bi-vocational scenario?
This mentorship group is for those who are currently leading or planning to enter a leadership role in churches or other ministries on a part-time basis or bi-vocational scenario.
The focus will be to explore how to find personal renewal and sustain effective leadership while being bi-vocational. We will explore some of the common challenges facing bi-vocational leaders including:
- Building personal capacity and sustaining personal renewal
- Building capacity in the church
- Building and sustaining a healthy church
- How to find time and life balance
Giuseppe has served bi-vocationally for 15 years as the Lead Pastor of The Summit Church (Thunder Bay, ON) before being released into full-time ministry in 2026. He has passion to equip and release leaders into their God-given calling and will share practical lessons he has learned as well as best-practices in bi-vocational ministry.
First meeting will be in October, due to changing dynamics in Giuseppe’s life and ministry. However, expect a video from him in June, explaining the cohort-pathway you will journey together.
